Post Construction Checklist

All Rooms | Common Areas
Remove fine construction dust from ceilings, vents, fans, and light fixtures
Clean walls, baseboards, trim, doors, and switches
Vacuum all surfaces — floors, vents, upholstery, and corners
Wipe interior windows, sills, tracks, and frames
Remove paint, caulk, or sticker residue from glass and hardware
Polish fixtures and mirrors to restore shine
Final vacuum and mop for a move-in-ready finish

Bathrooms
Remove construction film and residue from tiles, glass, and fixtures
Sanitize sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers
Clean and polish mirrors and chrome
Wipe inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
Scrub grout and tile lines to remove dust buildup
Mop and disinfect floors

Bedrooms
Dust and wipe closets, shelves, and rods inside and out
Clean windows, tracks, and sills
Remove debris and construction dust from walls and flooring
Vacuum carpets or mop hard floors
Polish mirrors and wipe furniture if installed

Kitchen
Wipe inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
Clean appliance interiors and exteriors (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave)
Remove construction residue from counters, backsplash, and sink
Sanitize faucets and handles
Polish stainless steel and glass surfaces
Vacuum and mop to eliminate dust and debris
